Wheat, Dairy and Egg Allergies

I’m 55 years old. When I was in my 30′s, my face was breaking out in acne. I went to an allergist to see if I was allergic to anything. They told me bread and milk. In my 40′s I had 3 basal cells removed from my skin. Once when I was seeing my acupuncturist for something else, I mentioned this. She told me not to eat bread or milk. Well, it didn’t used to be so easy to eat without using wheat or dairy. So, a little over a year ago I had a blood test by U.S. BioTec Laboratory. They said that my highly reactive foods were casein, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, cow’s milk, egg yolk (chicken), goat’s milk, mozzarella cheese, spelt, whey, whole wheat and yogurt. Moderately reactive foods were egg whites, rye and wheat gluten. I strictly avoided these things for a few months, and got retested. The results were about the same.

Then I heard about NAET. I started going to Laurie Teitelbaum in Kona, Hawaii. I had about 15 sessions. I waited 6 weeks, then went to an allergist again, and it showed no reaction to eggs, milk or wheat! I really feel like these foods used to affect my skin, as I wasn’t one who got any digestive problems with them. I started getting eczema as a child, and used to have it on my hands, arms and behind my knees. My arms and legs got better as I grew out of childhood, but continued to have it on my hands. It was always worse in the winter. I live in Seattle. Now, I don’t have any eczema on my hands at all. And it’s January.

I used to suffer with major seasonal and pet allergies. For 8 years I had painful allergy shots. Even with the allergy shots I needed to take 3-5 allergy medications to manage my allergies. Hay Fever Cured After 20 Minutes of NAET

As a physician specializing in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia, I have seen the devastation caused by chronic illnesses — in a medical system that is slow to explore new natural treatments. For example, our published research showed that 91% of chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia patients improve by using what we call the "SHINE Protocol" (Sleep, Hormones, Infections, Nutrition and Exercise), and over a hundred thousand previously hopeless patients around the world have reclaimed their life using this protocol. For as long as I can remember, allergies have dictated daily rituals in my life. Depending on the season, my regimen included any combination of pills, nasal sprays, inhalers, and shots, not to mention the frequent carpet shampooing, air duct cleaning, and costly allergen replacement air filters, just to tolerate my seasonal allergies.
